All of our pilots are qualified as Commercial Pilots with a FAA Flight Medical Exam each year.  Pilots have to pass a company drug screen test prior to employment and randomly during their employment as a professional pilot.  Furthermore, they are obligated to pass very rigorous FAA flight examinations and must take required re-currency checks periodically to FAR Part 135 certificate holder standards.  All pilots are required to have a minimum of 1,200 hours of flying time before they may fly in a pilot’s position.

Pilot Training

Our staff of Career Professional pilots have a minimum of 1,200 hours of flight time experience. Our present pilot staff has over 20,000 hours of combined professional military, test pilot, commercial, business, and charter pilot experience. Once carefully screened for flight experience, piloting ability, aptitude, and cleared of a background check, credit check, and Drug and Alcohol test, we provide all of our pilots with both Indoctrination and Initial Transition courses to the specific aircraft we operate as well as provide all required and Recurrent courses. Our ‘scenario-based, in-aircraft’ pilot courses develop the pilot’s skill-set to conduct charter flight operations safely and efficiently. Our training courses also develop the pilot’s decision-making abilities, both preflight and in-flight, through a challenging real-world scenario-based curriculum.
